Sony Ericsson has introduced a device for its entry into the arena of Android, the Xperia X10. Under the previous code name Rachael / Xperia X3, the new X10 is the best collection of hardware that uses the Android OS, with a new way of managing the device and surf the internet. The device is embedded Qualcomm Snapdragon 1GHz processor, thus giving him a great speed in the execution of all operations and programs.

The device also has an 8MP camera with LED flash, autofocus, and best of all automated search for faces. This means that every picture that you take, the device automatically searches for faces in the picture, and sorts them for you, so there is no more painstaking manual sorting file. The display is a 4-inch WVGA, which means that it supports resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. This is possible thanks to recent upgrades in the Android firmware and therefore it is possible to get that resolution. Xperia X10 also has a 3.5mm headphone jack and microUSB port for PC connectivity and charging him, and there is a microSD slot (comes with a built-in 8GB card) expansion memory. But bad news for the end – Sony Ericsson will issue a phone on the market in the first quarter of 2010, probably in January or February, only because it will still wait for the latest release Android OS 2.0.
