    More and more Chinese mobile device producers unveil their Android OS based communicators. SciPhone is not exclusion. Recently it announced SciPhone N19.
    This communicator runs on Android 1.6 operating system and features Samsung S3C2448 400 MHz CPU, 2.8 inch touch screen with 240×320 px resolution, 2 Mp camera, 128 Mb RAM, 128 MB ROM, Blue-tooth 2.0, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g, micro-SD memory card slot and 1200 mAh battery. The dimensions are 106.5х57х14.4 mm and the weight is 120 g. The price is only $150.
